1. DRIVER REQUIREMENTSTo uphold VYBE™’s safety-first mission, all drivers must meet the following standards:Eligibility
• Must be 21+ years old
• Must possess a valid Tennessee driver’s License
• Must have a clean driving record (no major Violations or DUIs)
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must have a reliable, clean, and fully insured vehicleProfessional Standards
• Must identify and present as a woman
• Must demonstrate excellent communication, Professionalism, and Respect
• Must adhere to all VYBE™ safety policies
• Must maintain a smoke-free, clean vehicle at all times
• Must not pick up any additional riders not listed on the booking
• Must follow assigned routes and instructions through the VYBE™ booking system2. RIDER RULESTo ensure a safe, comfortable experience for all women:Respect & Conduct
• Riders must treat drivers with respect at all times.
• No harassment, aggression, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
• Riders may not bring additional passengers unless added at the time of booking.Safety
• Seatbelts are required for all passengers at all times.
• Car seats must be used for children when required by Tennessee law.
• Riders must verify the driver’s identity and vehicle details before entering.Ride Expectations
• Be ready at your pick-up location at the scheduled time.
• Communicate delays or changes via the official VYBE™ contact channels.
• No smoking, vaping, or open alcoholic beverages inside the vehicle.3. CANCELLATION FEE STRUCTUREVYBE™ drivers are professional women dedicating their time and safety.
To protect their earnings, the following cancellation fees apply:
• Cancellation 10+ minutes after booking: $4
• Cancellation after driver is en route: $8
• Cancellation upon arrival / driver waiting at pickup: Full ride fee may be chargedNo fees apply if the cancellation is made within 5 minutes of booking.4. WAIT TIME POLICYDrivers will wait at the pick-up location as follows:
• First 5 minutes: Free
• After 5 minutes: $1 per minute
• After 10 minutes without contact: Trip may be marked as a No-ShowDrivers may leave if safety concerns arise at the location.5. NO-SHOW POLICYA ride is considered a No-Show when:
• The driver arrives and waits for 10 minutes with no rider contact
• The rider cannot be reached via phone/text
• The rider is not at the pick-up locationNo-Show Fee: Full ride fare + any wait-time fees6. EXTRA STOP FEE POLICYAdditional stops affect driver time and scheduling.
Fees are as follows:
• One additional stop: +$7
• Two or more stops: +$7 per stop
• Stops must be within the same general route; long detours may require a new booking.7. SAFETY EXPECTATIONSVYBE™ is built for women’s safety. To maintain this:Drivers
• Must follow all Tennessee traffic laws
• Must verify rider identity before pick-up
• Must ensure vehicle cleanliness and safety
• Must report any dangerous situations immediatelyRiders
• Must verify vehicle and driver information before entering
• Must follow the guidance of the driver in emergencies
• Should report safety concerns immediately via the VYBE™ contact lineZero-Tolerance PolicyVYBE™ has zero tolerance for:
• Violence or threats
• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Substance-related impairment
Any violation will result in termination from the platform and possible police involvement.8. EMERGENCY PROTOCOLSVYBE™ prioritizes safety in all circumstances.Driver ProtocolIf an emergency or unsafe situation occurs:
1. Move to a safe public location immediately
2. Contact emergency services (911) if needed
3. Notify VYBE™ Support as soon as possible
4. Document the incident for reportsRider ProtocolIf you feel unsafe or experience a medical/emergency situation:
1. Call 911 if immediate danger is present
2. Alert the driver
3. Contact VYBE™ Support via phone or email
4. Provide details for follow-upVYBE™ will support both driver and rider safety reviews, documentation, and next steps.

I know what it feels like to rush to work, to appointments, to get groceries, to handle responsibilities — all while hoping transportation doesn’t fall through.That was my life.
